February Drop-Off Guide

What We're Looking For Right Now
Portland's wet, grey days aren't going anywhere this month—expect temps in the upper 40s to mid-50s with plenty of rain. That means our customers are shopping for transitional layers that can handle the drizzle while hinting at spring. Here's what to bring us.
Bring Us These
Transitional Layers
Lighter sweaters, cardigans, and knits in Free People and Anthropologie. Think pieces you'd layer over a tee—not heavy cable-knits. We're done with bulky winter wool.
Rain-Ready Outerwear
Portland-practical jackets from Patagonia, The North Face, and Columbia. Trench coats, water-resistant shells, and denim jackets are selling now.
Spring-Forward Colors
Customers are craving color after months of grey. Bring us your brighter tops, printed blouses, and anything that isn't black or charcoal.
Quality Denim
Madewell, Hudson, AG, and Rag & Bone jeans—especially light washes and cropped styles that transition into spring.
Versatile Footwear
Dansko clogs, waterproof boots, Cole Haan flats, and clean sneakers from Nike. Leave the sandals at home for now.
Athletic & Athleisure
Lululemon leggings, lightweight layers, and running gear. Perfect for indoor workouts and layering under rain jackets.
Skip These (For Now)
- Heavy wool coats and puffers
- Chunky cable-knit sweaters
- Summer dresses and shorts
- Sandals and open-toe shoes
- Faux fur and fleece-lined anything
Kids: What's Moving
Outerwear from Columbia and Nike, plus quality basics from Hanna Andersson and Mini Boden. Rain boots and waterproof jackets are especially hot right now—parents are gearing up for muddy playgrounds.
