We make it easy and convenient for you to turn your unwanted items into cash. Our team is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for consigners looking to declutter and make money from their pre-owned possessions.
From evaluating the value of your items to pricing them competitively, our team is focused on finding the best ways to get you the most money for your consigned items.
How It Works
How to Drop off
- Drop off once per month between 1st and 21st each month.
- 2 Reusable Rock It Resell Bags.
- Large Items may be dropped at any time. But please contact us with photos ahead to ensure we have space.
How Long Does It Take?
- We process your items in 30 days or less.
- 90 days consignment period starts after items are processed.
- Money from sold items will post after 30 days of sale.
How Much Do I Get Paid?
- Two Options: Store Credit or Check.
- Checks are written between 1st and 21st of each month.
- To issue a check, you must have at least $25 on your account.
Sales Channels
- In Store.
- Large items that can't be shipped use local marketplaces.
- Online marketplaces for items over $50.
- Coming soon - RIR Online Store.
Items We Don’t Accept Or Sell
We may choose to donate any unaccepted or unsold items to charity. Items we accept but do not sell will be accounted for on an itemized donation list you may pick up the following year.
Please Note: We cannot accommodate drop-off of items that need to be picked up and pulled. Large items will be considered on exception to this rule.

Gung Ho Ministries: Assisting the poor, afflicted, and homeless with a special emphasis on veterans.
Tips For Successful Consignment
In Season & Trending
Bring in trendy & stylish pieces for all ages. Items brought in should be in season or align with the upcoming season.
Clean & Washed
Bring your items in good condition. Ask yourself, 'Would I buy this?' Clothing should be free of defects and freshly washed.
Electronics & Equipment
Electronic items should power on and work correctly. Batteries, chargers, or power cords should be present and in good working order.
Toys, Games & Puzzles
These items are great fun and perfect for resale. However, only when all parts and pieces are present and accounted for.
Complete & Damage Free
Items that are free of defects and damage with all their parts have the best chance of selling.
