Processing Time
We typically ship 6 days a week with all orders being processed on the same or next business day. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the size and weight of the order. All orders will be provided a tracking number upon shipment.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information has reported delivery. Please contact the carrier to resolve in this case.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
Items purchased online are eligible for returns up to 5 days after delivery as indicated by the carrier tracking.
Return Policy
Any item must be returned in the condition it was received. Returned items must be in the same condition as received with tags attached, free of stains & odors/scents, unworn, and unwashed.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items purchased in-store can be returned up to 10 days for store credit.
