Processing Time

We typically ship 6 days a week with all orders being processed on the same or next business day. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the size and weight of the order. All orders will be provided a tracking number upon shipment.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information has reported delivery. Please contact the carrier to resolve in this case.

Returns & Exchanges

10-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase! Items purchased online are eligible for hassle-free returns within 10 days from the date of receipt, as indicated by carrier tracking.

Online Returns for Store Credit

All online returns are eligible for store credit. We make it easy by providing a free return shipping label.

Simply contact us to initiate your return, and we'll email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as received with tags attached, free of stains & odors/scents, unworn, and unwashed.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
