Consignment Questions
Rock It Resell does not purchase items outright. Consigners receive 40% of the selling price of each item. Account balances are payable 10 days after the sale to allow for our return policy.
We appreciate your generosity! Rock It Resell is a curated consignment shop, so all items brought in should be intended for sale. We do not accept items solely for donation, as we focus on selecting quality items that fit our store's needs and standards.
If you want to donate items directly to a local non-profit we recommend you reach out to non-profits in the community such as Gung Ho Ministries, Northwest Children's Outreach, and Project Lemonade.

We recommend using the free service Just Porch It.
Account balances are paid out via check, written to the account holder. Checks are available to pick up in store the 1st-21st of every month.
Items are consigned with Rock It Resell for 90 days. Items priced under $50 that have not sold during their consignment period will become the property of Rock It Resell. Items priced at $50 or higher (including shoes, purses, furniture, and equipment) must be picked up before the end of the 90-day consignment period. To best serve our store and community, Rock It Resell may discount or donate items at any time based on store needs.
Items priced under $50 that have not sold during the consignment period will become the property of Rock It Resell and are not available for pickup. Items priced at $50 or higher (shoes, purses, furniture, equipment) must be picked up before the end of the 90-day consignment period. It is the consigner's responsibility to locate and retrieve their items in-store. Any items remaining beyond the 90-day consignment period will become the property of Rock It Resell.
We are unable to evaluate items on demand, as we need to ensure we have enough time and staff to properly sort items for our store. For first-time consigners, we will review your items together during your initial drop-off to determine eligibility. Once you are signed on as a consigner, future drop-offs follow a "drop and go" system.
Rock It Resell partners with multiple local non-profits to ensure items are donated to those in need throughout our community. We partner with Gung Ho Ministries Boutique, Northwest Children's Outreach, and Project Lemonade.
We currently do not have an online portal. We invite consigners to check in via email rockitresell@gmail.com or by phone (503) 646-2021 to find out information about consignment drop offs, inventory status, account balance, and any other information regarding their accounts.
Unfortunately, we service hundreds of consignors during any given month and are not staffed appropriately to make phone calls for every sale that happens in store. We invite consigners to call in (503) 646-2021 or email rockitresell@gmail.com to check their account balance and consigning status.
